We recently had our pool chaise lounges redone, with a gentleman by Clendon of Patio Help. He’s a 1 man operation, but his depth of knowledge & expertise, made for, as you can see in these pictures, a rewarding experience on all levels. Clendon’s choice of materials, finishes & colors were as plentiful & versatile, as any i’ve seen from large storefront businesses. I usually find that as a customer, working with a one on one service operation, i get a sense of being given more time & attention to both me & the mission at hand. Clendon, on both counts was true to form. His quality of work, the vast variety of materials & colors, along with the written estimate & ultimate final price, is reason enough to write & share this testimonial.

Unlike other outfits that wouldn’t answer their phone or return a call, Clendon actually answered and provided amazing service. I ordered six slings that fit perfectly. Since I had welded frames Clendon took his time and gave me all kinds of tips and pointers so I could stretch the new slings on my old frames. He encouraged me to call if I had any questions which I took advantage of at least three times. My project wouldn’t have been completed without his expert knowledge and valuable tips. We have used Terry with Patio Help several times for our lounge chairs. We have a lot of owners and guests, so the lounge chairs get an enormous amount of use. We could’t afford new furniture so we had the slings fabric replaced. There were a slew of fabrics and colors to choose from. Terry does excellent work and in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with Patio Help and will continue to use them for all our patio furniture needs.

The sling chairs were restrung perfectly. They look beautiful.

We had 16 year old pvc chairs with injured straps. Rather than adding them to the landfill, I found Terry and he revived them – professional and prompt!

Terry did a great job. We had two older comfortable patio rockers (20 yrs old) high quality chairs that we can’t replace because the style isn’t available any longer. Terry replaced the slings in them and also two high top chairs. They look great and very happy with them.

The fabric of my furniture was badly frayed. Was considering replacing them but the cost was astronomical. It occurred to me that the fabric could be replaced and PatioHelp came to the rescue. The cost to repair was a fraction of what it would cost to replace. I would recommend PatioHelp to friends and family.

Terry is great! I really thought I was going just going to put my chaises out on the street. Terry made them look brand new. There was even some glitch about the machine needed to fix these loungers– no problem– Terry had the machine at his home. He did all 3 in one day!!!

As President of our HOA I sent out competitive bids to 4 contractors. We needed restringing of all our poolside chairs.

Patio Help replaced straps and made the better than new!

I’ve had my pool furniture for several years and because of lots of use and sunshine the straps were faded and some had broken. My furniture is so comfortable and I like the style and I didn’t want to buy new ones.
I contacted Patio Help and they replaced the old strap and now my furniture looks great again!
Terry did a great job, was very professional and friendly! I highly recommend their work!
